Bankruptcy
Mr. Miller has represented creditors,
lessors, and similar constituencies in bankruptcy cases,
and has a broad range of experience litigating business
and other interests in the specialized forum of the bankruptcy
court.
Mr. Miller represents secured and unsecured
creditors, real property and equipment lessors, and other
claimants. He also serves as local counsel for out-of-state
law firms in bankruptcy matters. He has experience with multi-district
litigation and jurisdictional issues that often arise when
bankruptcy cases are filed.
Mr. Miller has also represented trustees
in a wide range of matters, including recovery of estate
assets, recovery of preferential and fraudulent transfers,
claims administration and objections and the prosecution
and defense of third-party litigation.

automatic stay relief, defending against preference or
fraudulent transfer adversary proceedings, filing proofs
of claim and defending against objections to claims, discharge
